Office Policies

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We offer some late afternoon appointments and early morning appointments to help accommodate school schedules.


The appointment when get your braces or appliances put on usually takes from one to two hours and will be scheduled in the morning. We will then see you every 4-8 weeks for a 30-45 minute adjustment. We realize that many of our patients desire after school appointments and we try to accommodate as much as possible. If a patient has a loose band or bracket, however, they will need to schedule a morning appointment to have it replaced.

If there is an emergency (a loose band or bracket or a poking wire), please call the office first so that we can set up a time to treat you. We value your time and want to ensure that you receive the care you need.

We strive to see all of our patients promptly and trust that you will make every effort to be on time for your appointments. If for any reason you do arrive later than appointed, we will try to accommodate you, but please realize that it may be necessary to reschedule. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can give the appointment to another patient.
Office Policy Change: please note that starting January 1, 2016 our no show policy will change.  If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice or miss an appointment, a $50 fee will be added to your account. 


The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the problem. We will discuss fees and payment options with you before treatment begins. We have interest-free financing and work with you on setting up a payment plan.

We accept cash, checks and online bill pay.

Please notify us if you have insurance coverage. We are delighted to assist you so that you receive maximum benefits under the conditions of your policy. We request that you pay our office directly for the services rendered. We will provide you with an insurance statement that you attach to your claim form for reimbursement and your insurance company will send you monthly reimbursement checks.
